A movie responsible for a generation of adults spelling Santa Claus wrong, we have The Santa Clause. The story follows Scott Calvin (Tim Allen), a work-driven, divorcé, spending Christmas eve with his 6-year-old son, Charlie (Eric Lloyd), who is starting to question his belief in good ol’ Saint Nick.
Unfortunately, after finding out there is, in fact, a real Santa, Scott accidentally knocks him off of their roof. Not long after adopting Mr Kringle’s attire, Scott realizes there are certain contractual obligations (A CLAUSE) to his actions and slowly starts to go through some pretty jolly changes.
A fun, feel-good, festive classic that just needs to be watched during the Christmas holidays and will make you a believer no matter your age because, in all honesty, Tim Allen just is Santa Claus, get involved.
